What does a Unit Leader do Mopar?

I just created a post regarding WarFare that I spent like 15 minutes writing and when I tried submiting it it told me the server was too busy. Then I tried to restore it and it didn't work. Man it pissed me off. heck I'm still pissed man... I'll try again later, but I just thought I'd inform on that issue...

v Coordinate with all Generals daily by looking over multi-games.

v Two thru ten squads in three different games. (Remember each game can have no more than three squads in that game.)

v Giving out suggestions, weekly goals, and be active on the Unit Tag.

v Relay messages thru Unit Tag to the Squad Tags at least three times a week.

v Attend and hold Div Meetings with the Commander and Chief Commander at least twice a week.

v Be active with all members in your Unit new and old. Stay active on the website

v Write up on progress works on all progress of all squads in your Unit and reports on your Generals.

I will be sending a message on xbox to have every member of ugi message me(aside from like the privates) and have them explain what their duty is in UGI. So make sure the members have the address for the main site to look it up.

ok messgae to who ever the heck reads this: i am LoZer chief section leader blah blah blah w/e im currently under the infection of a staph infection go figures but it accured by a spider bite(cant spell today) i have been in to much pain for the last 2 weeks to be online so i have had a friend play on my xbox for he is helping watch over me while my parents work. so if you could help me by preying or helping the community that would be great.

well are meeting wasnt great but will get better also im gunna have a recruiting contest coming up ill give 1600 ms points to who ever has the most recruits during a 3 week peroid starting this friday at r meeting wich will be held every friday at 800 eastern if u cant make it please let me know

ok got a ? can we not have any meeting or anything on fridays. i have to go to football games for my school im in the drumline and i have to go its for a grade every single dang game. so if we do anything in hte future try to avoide fridys please

common guys i don't want to win the points but if i do i will hold a tournament for them but to be in it you have to have atlest 2 recruets and i would like to have atlest 10 people in the tournament!!!

Well so far so good where growing more and more every week got some good people in place im just gunna say this now WARFARE will be the first maxed squad in UGI
